Guillaume and Clément Papachristou are carrying out a research project with disabled amateurs addressing questions relating to intimacy, sexuality, art and disability.
Since autumn 2024, the two artists, accompanied by the actor and author Sarah Dropsy, have been working with the participants on gestural and textual composition workshops. They will be presenting the results of their work in public during the Festival.
How does disability change our relationship with desire, sex and touch? What other relationships with bodies and “desirability” can we create when our own body is differently abled? And most importantly: how can we leave room for our desires and give them a bold, joyful artistic form?
Guillaume and Clément are twins. Clément is an actor who lives in Brussels. Guillaume has cerebral palsy and is involved in performing arts projects in Marseille. They regularly work together on stage.
